What you can expect
We receive an enquiry from the client by phone or the website.
We respond to the client to discuss their enquiry and to check their timeframe.
We arrange access to the property and inform the client of the inspection time and date with the terms of contract.
The inspection is carried out and the report is sent to the client within 24 hours of the inspection. An Invoice with payment details is sent/ copies can be sent to advisors.
We are always happy to discuss any queries that the client may have after they have read through the report.
