Our process is designed to make it as easy for you as possible

  • We receive an enquiry from the client by phone or the website.

  • We respond to the client to discuss their enquiry and to check their timeframe.

  • We arrange access to the property and inform the client of the inspection time and date with the terms of contract.

  • The inspection is carried out and the report is sent to the client within 24 hours of the inspection. An Invoice with payment details is sent/ copies can be sent to advisors.

  • We are always happy to discuss any queries that the client may have after they have read through the report.
